It’s a (Re)Launch!
Hello All,
Like so many others, a Year of Transition came crashing through the fragile walls of imagined stability and challenged me to that age old question:
“What are you going to do now that everything just changed?”
I’m pretty happy to have come up with an answer.
After a fulfilling 5 year tenure at Intuit, where I had the privilege to lead and learn through a myriad of roles spanning tech products, organizational strategy, and transformational workforce projects, I am now pouring my energy into something I founded years ago - Euda.io.
Euda.io represents the intersection of the diverse experiences of my life: military leadership, aviation excellence, organizational culture, and the spirit of innovation found in the technology industry. It's the sum of two decades of lessons learned and skills honed, all geared towards a singular purpose: to create more impactful, connected, and high-performing organizations, teams, and leaders.

Throughout my career, even when it wasn't my formal role, I found myself drawn to coaching. I strived to empower teams, to unlock potential, and to cultivate environments where growth and learning were not only encouraged but celebrated. This will be at the heart of what we do at Euda.io. Drawing from my experience, especially the last two years focused on defining and executing hybrid work strategy at Intuit, we are well-positioned to guide teams and organizations into this new era of work.
As a Marine, I learned about resilience, grit, and the unparalleled strength of camaraderie. In the tech industry, I saw firsthand the power of innovation, the dynamism of ever-evolving systems, and the vital need for adaptation. These insights and experiences are at the core of who I am, and I am excited to bring them to you.
