Why “Euda”?
Before I even knew what to call them, Culture Fit and Eudaimonia were the essential common threads of my life, spanning jobs, organizations, and even interpersonal relationships. When I founded a company dedicated to helping others flourish into their best selves, I wanted to capture that essence in a name.

Our name comes from eudaimonia—the idea that fulfillment comes from doing work that matters. We’re here to help leaders find that clarity in themselves, their teams, and their missions.
